Working vibrations are generated by two vibration motors with adjustable eccentric masses, which allows for deep regulation of operating modes (amplitude, direction and frequency of vibrations, changing the angle of inclination of the separator body). Due to the vertical component of the oscillations, a relative movement of grain occurs with a toss-up, which is more effective for the continuous movement of flat particles when separated by thickness, and for highly elongated particles when separated by width. This feature makes machines of this type the most efficient in grading (sorting) grain as part of the preparation lines for high-quality seed, selecting the largest fraction for use in food products, sorting granules after granulation and sorting grains of granules after grinding.
