This mold is an improved design of collapsible molds for the production of reinforced concrete rings. Unlike collapsible forms, the vibroform consists of two rings, internal and external, which are not collapsible. A vibration motor is installed under the inner ring, by means of vibration of which the concrete mix shrinks in the mold.
Due to the use of vibration, a stronger concrete structure is achieved, while the ring has greater moisture resistance and, as a result, frost resistance.
After pouring the concrete, after 10-15 minutes, the inner ring is removed using a hoist. The outer ring rises 15-30 minutes after the removal of the inner ring. The rings are cast on a pallet after 12 hours the pallet can be moved to the warehouse for further drying of the concrete.
Thus, with this form, you can pour the production of up to 20 tunics per day using just one form.
