The accelerating prismatic roller table is necessary for transporting the log to the caterpillars of the cantering machine and “catching up” with the previously fed logs so that the sawing of the canter is carried out without interruption, “joint to butt”.
It consists of a welded frame in which a number of specially shaped prismatic rollers are installed. The device can be adapted to the needs of the customer and is additionally equipped with a mechanism for rotating logs (rotator), which allows you to optimally position the raw material before feeding it to the caterpillar table of the canter.
You can also use log ejection, which is useful when the wood is not sorted.
