A vibropress for making rings is a stationary equipment with high performance and high quality of concrete compaction.
The vibropress allows you to form rings KS7.9, KS10.9, KS15.9, KS20.9 in accordance with GOST with «lock» at the butt ends. The vibropress uses the technology of volumetric vibrocompression with quick stripping and can work both as part of a technological line in which concrete is produced, the concrete mixture is supplied and placed into the — mechanized, and out of line, with the supply of the concrete mixture from the concrete mixer into the form of a vibropress manually, by a bunker, using a beam crane.
The universal vibropress has a vibrating platform, which allows you to replace the molds for vibrocompression and switch the production of rings of one diameter to another, with minimal reconfiguration of the equipment.
Benefits of a vibropress for making rings:
High quality compaction of the concrete mix, in addition to vibration, is achieved due to pressure from above on the concrete mix with a punch. The connecting ends of the finished rings, thanks to the use of figured pallets, receive a profile, the so-called «lock», which prevents the rings from shifting during installation and makes the joint between the rings tighter.
The presence on the docking ends «lock» significantly increases the competitiveness of the rings in the market.
Vibropress consists of the following elements:
The swivel beam has a U-shape, one side of which is mounted rigidly on the floor, and the other has a metal wheel. This design ensures that the beam "runs" over the mold at the time of product formation and the beam "departs" to extract the finished ring. A punch with a rubbing ring is fixed on the beam. The rubbing ring, due to the transformation of the gearbox force, performs rotary movements and forms a “lock” on the upper end of the ring. The vibrating platform is intended for consolidation of concrete mix in a form, by vibration. Vibrations are created by vibrators attached to it.
