The production of concrete well rings is quite a profitable business. Using a collapsible form, you can fill in 1-2 rings per day. At the same time, it is enough to involve one worker in the production of the ring. The prepared solution is poured into a mold installed on a flat concrete surface, reinforcing wire is inserted during pouring. after 12 hours, the concrete is strong enough to dismantle the mold and pour another one.
The cast reinforced concrete ring is ready for transportation after 7 days, such a ring gains 70% strength, which is quite enough for transportation.
The molds we produce differ in the diameters and heights of the rings.
