The principle of operation of the truck unloader is based on the tilt of the vehicle in the transverse direction at an angle greater than the angle of repose of the grain. When the electric motor is turned on, the torque is transmitted to the gearbox shaft, the low-speed shaft of which is connected to the high-speed shaft of another gearbox with the help of a sleeve-pin coupling. Its low-speed shafts transmit torque to the two shafts of the platform lift mechanism. Each shaft is rigidly connected to the platform lifting crank mechanism. When turning the crank 180 degrees. the platform rises to the maximum angle. Lower the platform by turning the crank to its original position.
