4. Device and principle of operation.
The mixer consists of a cylindrical body inside
which the horizontal shaft is located. On the mixer shaft by
spirals fixed working parts of the mixer (blades) Blades

stirring the material, move it from the end walls of the body
to its middle, which provides complete unloading of material after
the end of the mixing process.
The mixer shaft is driven by an electric motor through

The product works as follows:
- Pre-prepared mass (coal, peat or other
bulk material), cleaned from mechanical impurities and detailed, is fed into the loading window of the mixer. In this case, the total amount (material level) poured into the mixer should not cover the mixer shaft.
The material is fed into the mixer when the mixer drive is on. Excessive loading of material into the mixer impairs the quality of mixing the material, can cause overload of the drive and, as a result, stop and breakdown of the mixer.
At the end of the material mixing cycle (mixing time
set in practice) when the mixer is running, opens
