Disintegrator DM-3 fine grinding 5-7 tons per hour

We manufacture Disintegrators for grinding loose, powder and granular materials.

We also manufacture Mill complexes with an aspiration system, dust collectors, bunkers, sluice gates and other piping.

The disintegrator as standard is assembled on a basket of 102 bush type beaters, outer diameter Ф 25 mm.
Older designs until 2008 were on baskets of 82 beats.

We can also complete:

• Baskets for 195 beats Sleeve type, outer diameter Ф 20 mm.
• Baskets for 300 beats Finger type.
• Finger-type baskets for 550 beaters.

The material of execution of the beaters themselves is steel with hardfacing of Steelite electrodes T-590 (for example, with which the teeth of excavator buckets are hardfaced).

On a basket of 102 beaters - the grinding fraction is (approximately) 70% to 100 microns (that's 0.1 mm) on brown coal.
The resource of such blows is approximately 500 tons, on the same brown coal.
