Disintegrator DM-2 fine grinding Grinder Mill

We manufacture Disintegrators for grinding loose, powder and granular materials.

We also manufacture Mill complexes with an aspiration system, dust collectors, bunkers, sluice gates and other piping.

The disintegrator is assembled as standard on a basket of 90 bush type beaters, outer diameter Ф 25 mm.
Older designs until 2008 were on baskets of 82 beats.

We can also complete:

• Baskets for 200 beaters Sleeve type, external diameter Ф 20 mm (+ 10 000 UAH).
• Baskets for 300 beats Finger type (+ 20 000 UAH).
• Finger-type baskets for 480 beaters (+ 30 000 UAH).

The material of execution of the beaters themselves is steel with hardfacing of Steelite electrodes T-590 (for example, with which the teeth of excavator buckets are hardfaced).

On a basket of 80-90 beaters - the grinding fraction is (approximately) 70% to 100 microns (0.1 mm) on brown coal.
The resource of such blows is approximately 500 tons, on the same brown coal.
