Description:
The briquetting line is designed for the processing of wood (after wood pyrolysis) coal and technical carbon in order to obtain briquettes of various shapes and sizes.
The basic complete set of the briquetting line consists of:
- receiving screw conveyor equipped with a hopper;
- runner mixer;
- screw conveyor feeding the finished raw material into the hopper - dispenser;
- hopper - dispenser;
- press - extruder
- shearing device for briquettes.
By agreement with the customer, the line configuration can be changed (depending on the degree of mechanization of the process)
The line works as follows:
- in the loading hopper of the receiving screw conveyor is loaded
portion (corresponding to the mixer loading rate) of raw materials and loaded into the mixer. In the mixer with the help of runners, the coal is crushed, after which the components necessary for preparing the working mixture are added to the mixer bowl in accordance with the flow chart of the production of products (water, binding additives) After the mixing cycle, the prepared raw materials are transferred to the dosing hopper using a screw conveyor.
Bunker - batcher carries out dosed supply of material to the loading bunker of the press - extruder. At the exit of the press - extruder
Briquettes are cut using a shearing device. The required length of briquettes is regulated by the frequency of movement of the cutter knife.
In the absence of a shearing device, briquettes break off on their own, while their length is 100-200mm.
The cost of the briquetting line is:
- with a capacity of up to 500 kg / hour - 330 thousand UAH.
- with a capacity of up to 1000 kg / hour - 470 thousand UAH.
- with a capacity of up to 2000 kg / hour - 600 thousand UAH.
Prices are specified and agreed upon when concluding a contract.
