Our Offered Presses Extruders for briquette production are mainly intended for briquetting waste from the coal industry and peat.
The briquetting extruder can process anthracite pellets, coal sludge, brown coal and peat chips.
In the presses of the proposed design, extrusion occurs without an external source of heating. The processed product is heated due to the conversion of mechanical energy into heat, which is released during internal friction and plastic deformation of the product at the moment of compression.
The offered equipment provides the process of obtaining a briquette both without binding additives, and with their use.
The finished product has the form of cylindrical rods with a diameter of 30-40 mm. and 50-200 mm long. It is possible to change the shape of the briquette to quadrant, hexagonal (both with and without an internal hole) and others.
Tumbled fuel has high thermal and energetic properties, in particular, sufficient mechanical strength, water resistance, heat resistance.
