The machine is effectively used for crushing coal, coke powder, limestone, cement clinker, gypsum, waste coal, slag, copper ore, iron ore and other materials, including those with high moisture content.
The PL-500 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher takes the raw material through a hopper at the top of the structure and falls into the operating chamber. There is no sieve grate in the chamber - a vertical shaft with attached distribution plates and hammers rotates at high speed. The shaft receives torque from the electric motor via a belt drive. The electric motor is not included in the delivery set, this is an option (it can be supplied to move any brand of interest). The material around the spreading plate collides with the hammers and each other and moves downward due to gravity, then collides with the second, third and so on distribution plates. After passing through all these distribution plates with hammers, it comes out of the exit port finely painted.
The PL-500 Vertical Shaft Hammer Crusher features simple and intelligent design, high grinding speed, energy saving and low operating costs. It partially uses the principle of crushing "stone-stone", that is, it extends the life of the wearing parts. No screen / sieve, low humidity requirements (up to 8% acceptable).
