The principle of operation of this flexible machine is a simple and efficient mechanism. The reinforcing bar is placed between the bending fingers of the machine, and when the pedal is pressed, the rotary disk begins to bend the reinforcement at a given angle. Bending occurs around three fingers: central, thrust and bending. The movement of the pedal activates the contacts of the limit switch, which starts the working shaft and ensures its rotation at a speed of 3.7 revolutions per minute. After reaching the required bending angle, opening the switch contacts stops the power unit, and the disk returns to its original position. The bending disk of the machine has special holes along its edge, allowing you to conveniently adjust the bending angle without much difficulty.
