A shredder crusher consists of a stand on which a crusher body with a gearbox and an electric motor is installed, the rotation from which is transmitted to the crusher's working rolls.
The crusher is equipped with two powerful rotors with low rotation speed. Rotary knives are designed as a toothed disc with rotary cutting technology. The cutting chamber is equipped with fixed knives that prevent waste from lifting with the rotating knives from under the rotor back to the chopping chamber.
During operation of a two-rotor shredder, material is fed onto two counter-rotating shafts equipped with cutting discs. The discs are positioned so that the cutting disc of one shaft is always between the two discs of the other.
