We produce and sell a disc pelletizing granulator designed to continuously produce spherical granules with an average size of 2 to 20 mm from powdered materials with the addition of a liquid-phase binder.
The OT granulator is an inclined plate with a flat bottom, driven by an electromechanical drive. The tilt angle of the plate can be changed by turning the frame.
The formation of spherical granules occurs due to the adhesion of moistened powder particles to each other, the formation of nuclei of granules, their growth, compaction and rolling on an inclined rotating surface of the plate. At the same time, the process of classifying granules by size takes place: small granules are located in the lower part of the layer, larger ones in the upper part and, when the required size is reached, they roll over the side of the plate.
It is possible to manufacture granulators, both standard and according to individual requirements.
