Crane scales (suspended scales) are designed to weigh cargo during loading or unloading by a crane. Suspended scales can significantly speed up the process of acceptance and release of raw materials and finished products. Scales are made taking into account features of work of scales in adverse conditions. The case is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and reliably protects the electronics from mechanical damage. The scales are equipped with a strain gauge sensor with a safety margin of 1.5 times the nominal weighing limit. Dust and moisture protection IP65 and guaranteed accuracy of readings in the operating temperature range from -20°С to +40°С make it possible to operate scales in open areas under various weather conditions. For ease of use, models of scales for 3 and 5 tons are equipped with a swivel hook that allows you to turn the load 360 degrees, and an automatic latch on the hook prevents the sling from spontaneously jumping off the hook.
