Inspection Belt Conveyor

Inspection belt conveyor is designed for inspection of sunflower seeds and other bulk products, such as nuts, coffee, soybeans in the food industry.

The principle of operation of the inspection conveyor:

The product is poured into the hopper of the feeder, from which it is evenly fed in a thin layer onto the conveyor belt.

Defective seeds or nuts, removed from the belt by hand, are fed through the garbage collection tray into the appropriate containers, and a quality product is poured through the unloading tray into the finished product container.
